How long will Envesti store my Personal Data?
The period for which Envesti retains your Personal Data depends on the purpose for which it is used. If you have an account with Envesti, we will retain your data for as long as your customer account is active, unless otherwise specified. Envesti will only store your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to accomplish Envesti’ s legitimate business purposes, such as:
- for the performance of learning management and training purposes;
- to make the Site available to you;
- for Litmos to comply with its statutory or regulatory obligations resulting from applicable export laws or other laws/regulations that oblige Litmos to retain personal data;
Envesti will also retain your Personal Data for additional periods if it is required by mandatory law to do so, or where your Personal Data is required for Envesti or Litmos to assert or defend against legal claims. In such case, Envesti and Litmos will retain your Personal Data until the end of the relevant retention period or until the claims in question have been settled. In some circumstances, we may anonymize your Personal Data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is no longer Personal Data.
